I love my cast iron! I made a few pot holders and some hot pads for the counter.
I don’t know about you, but I spend a ton of time rearranging things in my kitchen. I call it “Farmhouse Decorating”, mostly because we actually live on a small farm!
I love making things for my kitchen. Potholders, dish cloths, covers for my appliances.
I made covers for my InstantPot and for my toaster oven.
I also love having pots of herbs in my window over the sink! It’s so nice to reach for a few herbs to toss into food when I’m cooking.

My next big project is going to be painting my cabinets. Stay tuned in for a few (maybe a lot!) posts about the preparation and process of painting them. Right now I’m leaning toward white uppers and gray lowers. If you’ve painted your cabinets and have any tips or tricks, I’d sure appreciate them!
